Question 1: How much does a full bathroom renovation usually cost?

Most full bathroom renovations can range from $23,000–$38,000+ depending on layout changes, finishes, tile selections, fixtures/fittings, and custom work.

For a limited time, we’re offering a fixed-price bathroom renovation package for $15,950* for suitable standard bathrooms. This package is designed to give homeowners a clear, affordable renovation option without custom-build pricing.

Fixtures, fittings & tiles are separate and can be selected through our showroom (or supplied by owner). If your bathroom needs layout changes, structural work, hidden damage repairs, or custom upgrades, we’ll provide a separate tailored quote.

*Final suitability confirmed after site inspection.

Question 2: Do you provide the fixtures and tiles, or do I have to supply them?

For our limited-time $15,950 fixed-price bathroom renovation package, fixtures, fittings & tiles are not included in the package price.

You can select and purchase them separately through our showroom (recommended), or you can supply your own. This gives you flexibility on style and budget while keeping the renovation works cost fixed and transparent.

If you’d prefer an all-inclusive custom renovation (including fixtures/tiles), we can quote that separately.

Question 3: How long will the renovation take?

Most projects take 2–3 weeks from demolition to handover, depending on complexity. We coordinate everything for you — trades, deliveries, and schedule — to make sure it runs on time.

Question 4: Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. All waterproofing work is backed by a 10-Year Warranty. We’re also fully licensed and insured (VBA registered) — so your renovation is protected from start to finish.
